You may not disrupt the store, introduce malicious code, scrape protected content, misrepresent identity, or misuse payment and account systems.
Product and pricing information
We work to present accurate descriptions, dimensions, pricing, and imagery. We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities, or cancel an affected order with a refund.
Order acceptance
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance. Security, availability, compliance, or pricing-error checks may be required.
Safe use
Follow all product, fragrance, electrical, candle, and placement instructions. Customers are responsible for choosing suitable scent materials and using products in appropriate environments.
Intellectual property
Taveiro branding, imagery, text, product presentation, and site content may not be reproduced commercially without authorization.
Changes
The current version posted on this page applies. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue.

Order changes and cancellations
Cancellation or address-change requests must be sent within 12 hours of purchase. We will make a reasonable effort to help, but changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins. Once dispatched, an order must follow the published return process.
