Which diffuser format should I choose?
Ultrasonic models offer gentle water-based mist; waterless nebulizers offer greater scent presence; cartridge systems prioritize low-maintenance operation; candles and reed formats create passive rituals without powered mist.
Can every oil be used in every diffuser?
No. Use only formulas identified for the product type. Ultrasonic, nebulizing, passive reed, and dry-air cartridge systems have different requirements.
How much fragrance should I use?
Begin with the lowest recommended amount or setting, allow the scent to settle, and increase gradually. Room size, ventilation, temperature, and scent family affect perceived strength.
How do I clean powered diffusers?
Disconnect power, empty and cool the product, then follow its removable-component instructions. Do not immerse electrical bases.
What warranty is included?
Powered Taveiro devices include a two-year limited warranty. Consumable scent formats include a 30-day quality guarantee.

Orders, shipping and returns
How long does delivery take?
Processing normally takes 1–3 business days, followed by an estimated 7–12 business days in transit.
When is shipping free?
Standard shipping is free on merchandise subtotals of $45 USD or more after discounts and before applicable taxes.
Where will my order ship from?
Orders may be fulfilled from our own or partner fulfillment facilities depending on inventory availability and the delivery destination.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Email service@taveiro.com within 12 hours. Changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment has started.
What is the return window?
Eligible items may be requested for return within 30 days of confirmed delivery. Contact support before sending anything back.
When will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Your bank may need additional posting time.
